NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER FOR STOPPING-UP AT TRA48, CWMGWILI JUNCTION, CROSS HANDS

Notice is given that an application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Town Hall Square, Llanelli, on 30 March 2006, at 2.00 pm, for an Order that the highway in the district of Llanelli in the county of Carmarthenshire being approximately 351 square metres or thereabouts, being the junction and central reservation of the TRA48 of the Pontardurlais Road C2064 at Cwmgwili Junction, Cross Hands, which is shown edged red on the plan included with this notice or which may be inspected at the Town Hall, Llanelli, from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.30 pm to be stopped up. The Local Authority intends to make this application on the grounds that this part of the highway is unnecessary. L Thomas, Head of Administration and Law 27 February 2006.
