DECLARATION OF CWM CADLAN NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35(1)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Cwm Cadlan National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2006, made on 3 March 2006, the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 32.86 hectares (81.2 acres) or thereabouts, situated in the Community of Hirwaun, in the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, and shown edged red on the attached plan has been acquired and is being held by the Council and that the said land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration, with plan attached, have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the BBNPA Offices, Plas-y-Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon LD3 7HP, Rhondda Cynon Taf, One-4-All Centre, Rock Grounds, High Street, Aberdare CF44 7AE, from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours. Certified copies may also be inspected at the offices of the Countryside Council for Wales at Cantref Court, Brecon Road, Abergavenny NP7 7AX, and at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2DN, from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
