The Queen has been pleased to approve that Tom Martin Esq JP DL MA, be appointed the Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire, to act as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or other inability to act.
