Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 November 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 January 2006, JENILEE GINTY KATHLEEN BURRY, of 51 Butterys, Thorpe Bay, Essex SS1 3TD, single and a British citizen under Part 1 section 1(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Tippett and have assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Burry instead of the surname Tippett so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Jenilee Ginty Kathleen Burry exclusively.
