Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 24 February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23 March 2006, by Susan Andrea Lane, of 31 Canford Bottom, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 1HB, the person having parental responsibility for JAMES HAMILTON LANE, formerly known as James Hamilton Green, who is 5 years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name James Hamilton Green and assumed in lieu thereof the name of James Hamilton Lane.
