Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 13 March 2006, I, SHERINE MARIE DOUGLAS, of 22 Mogden Lane, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 7LD, married and a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sherene Marie Douglas and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Sherine Marie Douglas.
