Court of Judicature on 10 February 2006, Penelope Victoria Baker as person having
parental responsibility on behalf of the said GEORGE DAVID BAKER-WALTON, who is a
child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality
Act 1981, abandoned the name of George David Walton and assumed the name of George
David Baker-Walton.
