Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 March 2006, as Debra Smith having parental responsibility on behalf of the said KYLE WILLIAM ANTHONY JOHN SMITH, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kyle William Anthony John Humphries and assumed the name of Kyle William Anthony John Smith.
