Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 March 2006, Jayne Louise Yeldon as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said NATASHA LEA YELDON, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Natasha Lea Gannon and assumed the name of Natasha Lea Yeldon.
