DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
PARISHES OF BARTON TURF, CATFIELD, AND LUDHAM, COUNTY OF NORFOLK
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the How Hill National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2006, made on 15 May 2006, English Nature declared that the land having a total area of 129.95 hectares or thereabouts, situated in the parishes of Barton Turf, Catfield and Ludham in the county of Norfolk, and shown single hatched and shaded yellow on the map attached to the said Declaration, is being held by the Broads Authority, a body approved by English Nature, and managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the How Hill National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2006 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Norfolk County Council, North Norfolk District Council, The Broads Authority, and at the offices of English Nature, at 60 Bracondale, Norwich, and Northminster House, Peterborough.
