Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9 September 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 May 2006, David Max Wiley and Glynis Kathleen Wiley, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of DAVID CHARLES WILEY, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of David Charles Willey and assumed the name of David Charles Wiley. 9 September 2005.
