Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 May 2006, as Cilla Goldberger having parental responsibility on behalf of both EDEN SHALEM-GOLDBERGER and ORR SHALEM-GOLDBERGER, the children, single and British citizens, abandoned the surname of Shalem and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Shalem-Goldberger under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
