Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 21 April 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9 June 2006, by Nilufer Karagoz, of 10 Bruce Castle Court, London N17 6RR, the person having parental responsibility for ELI KARAGOZ, formerly known as Elli Kahraman, who is 3 years and 3 months old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Elli Kahraman and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Eli Karagoz.
