I hereby give notice that a Deed Poll dated 15 February 2006, enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 7 June 2006, I, ZETA WARD, of 77 Bold Street, Alexander Park Estate, Moss Side, Manchester M16 7AB, a widow and Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1), renounce, relinquish and abandoned the name of Sarah Beatrice Lindsay and assume the name of Zeta Ward.
