Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 6 June 2006, I, ANNETTE SOPHIA, of 40 Sailmaker Court, William Morris Way, Fulham, London SW6 2HP, divorced and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Anne Crowin and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Annette Sophia.
