In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division)  No 2734 of 2006 Sitting in Court on 21 June 2006 In the Matter of GLOBAL FINANCIAL MARKETING PLC and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 Upon the Petition of HM Revenue and Customs, a Creditor of the above-named Company, presented to this Court on 19 April 2006, and upon hearing Counsel for the Petitioner and upon reading the evidence and it is ordered that the said Petition do stand dismissed out of this Court.
