Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 June 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 June 2006, Katharine J Young as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said MATTHEW CHARLES COOMBS, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Matthew Charles Young and assumed the name of Matthew Charles Coombs. 8 June 2006.
