Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company and a Final Meeting of its Creditors, will be held at Houghton & Co, 2 Dunston Place, Dunston Road, Chesterfield S41 8XA, on Friday 15 September 2006, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose in each case of having laid before it an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and resolving that the Liquidator may have her release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A Proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address above no later than 12.00 noon on the day prior to the Meetings.
