Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme
Court of Judicature on 18 July 2006, Anne McKeown, as person having parental responsibility
on behalf of the said GABRIELLA VICTORIA WORLEY MCKEOWN, who is a child, single and
a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned
the name of Gabriella Victoria Worley and assumed the name of Gabriella Victoria Worley
McKeown.
