Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 July 2006, Ann Fardoe as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said MICHAEL DAVID HERNANDEZ FARDOE and MATTHEW DAVID FARDOE, who are children, single and British citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Michael David Hernandez and Matthew David Hernandez and assumed the names of Michael David Hernandez Fardoe and Matthew David Fardoe.
