DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE PARISH OF KIRTON, COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949, and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Wash National Nature Reserve No 3 (Kirton Marsh) Declaration 2006, made on 24 August 2006, English Nature hereby declare that the land having a total area of 308.03 hectares or thereabouts, situated in the Parish of Kirton, in the county of Lincolnshire, and shown single hatched and shaded yellow on the map attached to the said Declaration, is the subject of an Agreement entered into with English Nature and is being managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the Wash National Nature Reserve No 3 (Kirton Marsh) Declaration 2006, have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newlands, Lincoln LN1 1YL, and Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston PE21 8QR, and at the offices of English Nature at The Maltings, Wharf Road, Gantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6BH.
