Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 August 2006, by Sadai Vellchami Appan and Sakthiyaa Pria Sadai Appan of 6 Belmont Crescent, Bournville Park, Birmingham B31 2FH, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said children SHASHTII RAGAV APPAN, SHIRRUSHTII VISHNU APPAN, who are children, single, and British Citizens under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the respective names of Sasti Sadaiyappan Vishnu, Shirustii Sadaiyappan Vishnu and assumed the names of Shashtii Ragav Appan, Shirrushtii Vishnu Appan respectively. 14 August 2006.
