Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 September 2006, Nikola May Allen as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ABIGAIL ELLEN ALLEN, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Abigail Ellen Halls and assumed the name of Abigail Ellen Allen.
