Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 31 July 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 7 September 2006, SERAPHIM PATEL, of 1 Eccleston Crescent, Goodmayes, Essex RM6 4QX, single, a British citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Amar Kumar and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forename of Seraphim instead of the forenames of Amar Kumar so as to be at all times called, known and described by the forename of Seraphim exclusively.
