Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 August 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 September 2006, Helen Canning, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said THOMAS CANNING and JESSICA ELLE CANNING, who are children, single and are British citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Thomas Coulson and Jessica Elle Coulson and assumed the name of Thomas Canning and Jessica Elle Canning.
