Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 September 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 October 2006, Wendy Katherine Charles, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said EMMA KATHERINE CHARLES, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Emma Katherine Johnston and assumed the name of Emma Katherine Charles. 22 September 2006.
