The Queen has been pleased to approve that Lieutenant Colonel Sir Guy Acland Bt LVO DL be appointed the Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Isle of Wight, to act as Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or other inability to act.
