(Company Number 02755891) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 20 December 2006, at 10.00 am, followed by Meetings of Creditors at 10.15 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been concluded and the property of the Company disposed, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and seeking the release of the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at any of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
