DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP ON CONVERSION TO LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 36(2) OF THE PARTNERSHIP ACT 1890

The Partners of Keoghs, a firm of Solicitors regulated by the Law Society, give notice, in accordance with the above Act, that they have, with effect from 1 December 2006, commenced the dissolution of the Partnership following the transfer of the whole of the business and undertaking of the Partnership to Keoghs LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England and Wales under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, and Company No OC321124.
