Brian William Gwinnutt, residing at 85 Granville Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9EU, business partner and Doris May Gwinnutt, residing at 85 Granville Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9EU, business partner and lately carrying on business as Pyrotherm at Unit 5 Sheiling Court, Oakley Hay Business Park, Corby, Northamptonshire NN18 9QD. Notice is hereby given, that I, Lynn Robert Bailey, the Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy, intend to declare a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. All Creditors of Pyrotherm are required, on or before 19 January 2007, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to the undersigned, Lynn Robert Bailey, at Vantis, 4th Floor, Southfield House, 11 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing BN11 1RY, the Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Bankrupt, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Trustee in Bankruptcy to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
