Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 November 2006, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature, on 12 December 2006, L W G Piercy and E M Piercy, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Callum Piercy who is a child single and Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandon the name of Callum Fox-Piercy and assumed the name of CALLUM PIERCY.
