Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 December 2006, M Johnson, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said Amy May Johnson-Reynolds who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Amy May Johnson and assumed the name of AMY MAY JOHNSON-REYNOLDS.
