Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 November 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 December 2006, D Weller, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Joshua David Keiren Weller and Kelsy Linda Weller, who are children, single and Commonwealth/British Citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Joshua David Keiren Smith and Kelsy Linda Susan Smith, and assumed the names of JOSHUA DAVID KEIREN WELLER and KELSY LINDA WELLER.
