House of Lords, London SW1A 0PW 11 January 2007 The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 11 January 2007 to appoint the Right Honourable Sir David Edmond Neuberger, Knight, a Lord Justice of Appeal, to be a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary under the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876, as amended by subsequent enactments, and to grant to him the dignity of a Baron for life by the style of BARON NEUBERGER OF ABBOTSBURY, of Abbotsbury in the County of Dorset.
