A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 9 a, Vulcan Works, Wargrave Road, Newton le Willows, Merseyside WA12 8RU, presented on 24 November 2006 by Key Property Investments (Number Nine) Limited, of Sir Stanley Clarke House, Quinton Business Park, Birmingham B32 1AF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7 February 2007, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6 February 2007.
