PROPOSED EXTINGUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHTS
LAND ADJACENT TO THE REAR OF THE GREYHOUND INN/CHAPEL STREET, LUTTERWORTH, LEICESTERSHIRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday 20 March 2007 at 10.00 a.m. an application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Market Harborough Magistrates Court, Court House, Doddridge Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 that the area of highway described in the Schedule below shall be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary. The effect of the proposed Order is indicated on a plan which is lodged with the Clerk of the said Court at the Magistrates Clerk’s Office, Market Harborough Magistrates Court, Doddridge Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire and at my offices Room 221 County Hall Glenfield Leicester, where it can be inspected, free of charge during all reasonable hours. Any person wishing to object to the proposal or to make representations about it should appear at Market Harborough Magistrates Court on the date aforesaid. Any person intending to appear before the Court at the hearing of the application is requested to notify Mrs S Bramley-Brown, Chief Executives Department, County Hall Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA quoting reference SBB/HTWMT/900 SCHEDULE The area of highway adjacent to the rear of The Greyhound Inn/Chapel Street being a total area of approximately 17.6 square metres.
