ZOO LICENCING ACT 1981

I, Mr S Wright, c/o Mary Arden’s House, Wilmcote, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 9UN, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice, I intend to make application to Stratford-upon-Avon District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Mary Arden’s House, Wilmcote, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 9UN. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council at Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6HX, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. 24 January 2007.
