Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 November 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 January 2007, G Tweed, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said KAI TWEED who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kai Neil and assumed the name of Kai Tweed.
