Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13 June 2006 and enrolled in the
Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2007, J A Hodge, as person having parental
responsibility, on behalf of the said CASSI JANE HODGE, who is a child, single and
a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned
the name of Regan Beech and assumed the name of Cassi Jane Hodge.
