Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 February 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 March 2007, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ELLA MADELEINE WHITEHOUSE, who is a single child and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(i) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Ella Madeleine Clarke and assumed the name of Ella Madeleine Whitehouse.
