Take notice that Richard James Taylor and Alison Kim Taylor, both of Beeches House, Tunstead, Norwich NR12 8RF (“the Taylors”) have ceased trading in partnership under the name Norfolk Car Audio with effect from 12 May 2007. The Taylors will continue to trade in partnership under the name Sonus Wholesale Audio Products and have transferred the right to use the name Norfolk Car Audio to Matthew John Knott of 8 Scarnell Road, Norwich NR5 8HT, and Benjamin Oliver Mann of 41 Gipsy Close, Norwich NR5 8BA, who have assumed responsibility for all future debts and liabilities arising out of its use with effect from 14 May 2007.
