Also, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said SALEHABEGUM, currently living at 358 Packington Square, London N1 7UJ, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Saleka Begum and assumed the name of Saleha Begum. And lastly, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ALISHABEGUM, currently living at 358 Packington Square, London N1 7UJ, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Aleka Begum and assumed the name of Alisha Begum.
