Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 28 February 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 14 March 2007, ALEXANDRACONSTANCELAZENBURY, of 17 Northdown Drive, Chilwell, Nottingham, single, a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Philip Michael and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forenames of Alexandra Constance instead of the forenames of Philip Michael so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Alexandra Constance exclusively.
