Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 October 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 March 2007, E A Dickenson, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ELISEVIANNEDICKENSON-MILES, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Elise Vianne Miles and assumed the name of Elise Vianne Dickenson-Miles.
