Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 February 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 March 2007, C E Donnelly, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the same REBECCACHELSEADONNELLY and REUBENKOSH HOODDONNELLY, who are children, single, and Commonwealth/British Citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Rebecca Chelsea Edwards and Reuben Kosh Hood Edwards and assumed the names of Rebecca Chelsea Donnelly and Reuben Kosh Hood Donnelly.
