Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 October 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 March 2007, Clare Elizabeth Pooley, of 3 Sir Charles Irving Close, Cheltenham, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said REBECCAJADEPOOLEY, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rebecca Jade Haines and assumed the name of Rebecca Jade Pooley.
