Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 April 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 May 2007, Elaine Beverly Burgher and Fitzroy Alponso Burgher, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ANTOINE ALEXANDER AUGUSTUS MARSHALL-BURGHER, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Antoine Alexander Augustus Burgher and assumed the name of Antoine Alexander Augustus Marshall-Burgher.
