Take note that Nickolas Garth Rimes, of Suite 2, First Floor, Turnpike Gate House, Birmingham Road, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 5JG, intends to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner.

Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry.
