Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 May 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 June 2007, Lisa Joanne Brown, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said LEIGH-ANNEBROWN, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Leigh-Anne Foley and assumed the name of Leigh-Anne Brown.
