Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 January 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 May 2007, Tracey S Ansell, as person have parental responsibility on behalf of the said SHANNONLEIGHANSELL, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Shannon Diane Freelove and assumed the name of Shannon Leigh Ansell.
